1. Order Process

Customers can browse products and place orders through our website.
Placing an order means you are confirming your intent to purchase the selected product(s).
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation via WhatsApp.

2. Payment Policy (IMPORTANT)

Bhavishh Creations does NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All payments are processed directly via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
Once an order is placed, our team will contact you on WhatsApp with payment details.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
We do not use any online payment gateway on the website.

👉 The “Pay via WhatsApp” option is used only for order placement, not as a COD service.

3. Pricing & Discounts

All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Discount codes, offers, or promotions are valid only for the specified duration and conditions.
Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared via WhatsApp.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before payment is made.
Once payment is completed, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Product Care & Usage

Our jewelry is designed for long-lasting wear; however, proper care is recommended.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture to maintain product quality.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and designs are the property of Bhavishh Creations.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
